IT Health Check

We conduct IT health checks, looking for any areas of weakness that could impact on reliability, performance, security and data integrity.

We look at your file servers, routers, switches, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), back-up and internet devices. We pay particular attention to:

  • System, security and application event logs
  • Backup logs
  • Available disk space
  • System performance counters
  • Software revisions and updates
  • Anti-virus software

We provide a full report of our findings together with any items of concern and how we would rate the urgency in dealing with them. We provide you with the option of meeting with your incumbent IT provider to resolve matters.
