International Child Care College is a small company with eight employees. As an accredited training provider we rely heavily on computer based documentation and computer based systems to manage both the business and our student records. Our company does not have an IT Manager and we are reliant on our IT provider to keep our systems up-to-date and working efficiently.

Over the last few months we have experienced a number of IT problems particularly relating to back-ups. As my expertise in this area is limited I decided to engage the services of bevan + associates to act on our behalf in negotiations with our IT provider to ensure that the company was receiving the level of attention and support needed to resolve our IT problems.

Having access to a skilled IT professional is a life line for small businesses like my own. I am happy to admit that I struggle with IT issues. Outsourcing an IT Manager means that I have one less thing to worry about in managing the business.
